• Membership is free.
• Must be 21 or over to enroll.
• A drivers license or a valid picture ID is required when enrolling or   Redeeming vouchers.
• Points, player’s club cards, tickets, Coupons, vouchers are non   transferable.
• Members are responsible for the safe Keeping of your player’s cards,   pin Numbers and to ensure cards are Inserted correctly into card   readers.
• Sky Dancer is not responsible for lost, Stolen or improperly inserted   cards.
• After one year of no activity on your player’s card we have the right to
  Inactivate your card.
• Only the card holder can use their card.
• Soliciting for points is prohibited and Card will be revoked.
• Please notify Player’s Club immediately If your card is lost or stolen.
• Sky Dancer is not responsible for stolen Cards, lost vouchers,   coupons, tickets or Lost points due to malfunction and/or Operation   error.
• All cards are the property of the Sky Dancer Hotel  & Casino.
• Sky Dancer reserves the right to modify Or cancel promotions at   anytime.
